IMILEYO ESISEKELO YOKUVUMELA BOKE ABANTU KANYE NOKUVUMELA UKUBUSA NGENTANDO YENENGI

 

 

Ukuvumela boke abantu kanye nokuvumela ukubusa ngentando yenengi kuyanyiswe esiqwini sekolo sokobana abantu kufanele bakhululeke bakghone ukufumana iimfiso zabo ngendlela abafuna ngayo-ikani nje nangeze bavimbela iinkululeko zabanye ngokwenza njalo. Alok-ke iyini imileyo esisekelo yokuvumela boke abantu kanye nokuvumela ukubusa ngentando yenengi kwamambala na ?

AMALUNGELO WOBUNTU

Kokuthoma, kukhona imirabhu yokuzibophelela kamalungelo wobuntu. Isibonelo: Nasikhuluma ngomrabhu wamalungelo wobuntu sitjho, amalungelo wesithunzi somuntu, ipilo, ikululeko yokugandelelwa, ikululeko yekolo, ikululeko yokukholwa, ikululeko yokutjho nanyana yini, ikululeko yehlangano njll. Elinye nelinye lamalungelo wobuntu la, kuphikisanwa kubonisnwe ngalo bona litjho ukuthini la ?. Ilungelo lekululeko yokugandelelwa lilungelo elipheleleko elingeze lavinjwa. Kodwana ilungelo lokutjho nanyana yini, kuthiwani ngalo-ke ?. 

Isibonelo esihle nesaziwa ngokungapheleli la ngesithi; umuntu ngeze avunyelwa bona arhuwelele ekundleni la kunewoma labantu khona athi 'umlilo' ukube akunamlilo. Isenzo esinjalo singenza abantu bathuke begodu bagcine balimele nabathi bazama ukuphuma babaleke. 

Ye-ke abantu abaqalene nekululeko yabantu, esikhathini esinengi, abakhambisani nokobana kuvinjwe ikululeko yokobana abantu bakghone ukutjho nanyana yini ngokobana  bajeziswe, ngombana lokhu kuvame ukwenziwa mbuso ngokugandelela abantu kanye nemibono engafaniko naleyo umbuso ofuna bona abantu bakholelwe kiyo nanyana bayitjho.

UKULINGANA

Okuqakatheke khulu manqophana nomrabhu wamalungelo wabantu, lilungelo lokulingana. Njengeminye imirabhu yamalungelo, kunepikiswano yokuthi kuhle kuhle kutjho ukuthini ukulingana Boke abantu abaqalene nekululeko yabantu bazakuvuma bona ukulingana kutjho bona angeze kwaba khona ibandlululo. Ekhotho, njengesibonelo, angeze kwaba khona ibandlululo ngokombala (njengokuthi umuntu unzima nanyana umhlophe) nanyana

ngokobulili (njengokuthi umuntu mduna nanyana msikazi) ngokwekolo (njengokuthi umuntu msindiswa nanyana liMoslemu). Kusesekhona iindawo la, njengesibonelo, kutholakala bona lokho okukhulunywa mumuntu wengubo ekhotho kungathathwa ngokulingana nalokho okukhulunywa mumuntu wembaji. Lokhu kutjengisa bona, abantu abaphathwa ngokulingana. Kodwana ukulingana godu kutjho bona, woke umuntu kufanele athole umrholo ofanako nanyana ahlale endlini efana nezinye ?. 

Abantu abaqalene nekululeko yabantu bazakuthi 'awa', kodwana bazakufuna bona boke abantu bona babe namathuba afanako wokuthuthukisa iimpilo zabo. Ngakho-ke kugandelelwa bona kuthuthukiswe ifundo kiwo woke ama-Sewula Afrika. Abantu abaqalene nekululeko yabantu, ngobufitjhazana, bakholelwa ekuthini abantu abalingane phambi komthetho kanye nemathubeni.

UMLEYO WOMTHETHO

Lokhu ukuzibophelela emrabhini wamalungelo wabantu, kukhambisana nokuzibophelela kwalababantu abaqalene nekululeko yabantu emleyweni womthetho. Umleyo womthetho ulihlelo elitjheja izinto eziqalene nalabo abangayitlhogomeliko imithetho kanye nalabo abayiphatha ngendlela enelunya.  Ekhotho, njengesibonelo, ijaji kufanele lingabandlululi begoddu kungabi mumuntu munye njengomtjhutjhisi (ngamanye amagama angeze akghonakala bona abe mdlali ngahlanye abe ngusofengwana ngesikhathi esisodwa). Omunye nomunye umuntu kanye norhulumende kufanele batjhejwe ngokulingana ngaphambi komthetho-akunandaba bona bobani. 

Omunye nomunye othweswe umlandu wokwelelesa kufanele atjelwe bona, kuhle kuhle uthweswa umlandu wani, khona azakwazi ukuziphendulela naye. Omunye nomunye umuntu umsulwa kuze kufike la agwetjwa khona atholwe  anomlandu. Amajaji kumele kube babantu abazijameleko, lokhu kutjho bona urhulumende nanyana abanye abantu nje, akukafuzi babatjele bona benzeni nanyana babasongele. Iingwebo zekhotho kufanele zijame elizwini linye, okutjho bona imilandu efanako kufanele ibe nemiphumela efanako. Ngobufitjhazana, kufanele indlela abantu abaphathwa ngayo baphathi babo, ifane.  

Koke lokhu kukhambisana nendlela lababantu abaqalene nekululeko yabantu, bakholwa ngayo bona urhulumende kufanele asebenze ngomthetho nokobana eminye imirabhu yemileyo yomthetho angeze yatjhuguluka nanyana urhulumende afuna (Isibonelo: Njengelungelo lesithunzi sobuntu)

Imirabhu  yemileyo yomthetho iyatlolwa kumthethosisekelo welizwe kodwana hayi ngaso soke isikhathi.

IKULULEKO YOMUNTU NGAMUNYE

Into ekulu abantu abaqalene namalungelo walababantu abakholelwa kiyo, yindlela abazibandakanya ngayo emuntwini ngamunye emalungelwenakhe kanye nemisebenzinakhe.Omunye nomunye umuntu uqakathekile. Abantu abaqalene namalungelo bakholelwa ekuthini abantu kufanele bazithathele iinqunto ngokwabo bangatjelwa ngaso soke isikhathi bona kufuze benzeni. 

Kufanele bakhululeke ekuphileni ipilo abayifunako, ikani nabazakutlhogomela bona ngokwenza njalo abahlukumezi ikululeko yabanye. Ngamanye amagama, ilungelo lakho lokusonga isandla ngendlela othanda ngayo liphela lokha nawuthoma ukubetha omunye. Ukukholwa ekululekweni yomuntu kufaka yoke imileyo yomthetho esele itlolwe ngaphambilini. 

Ukungeza kilokho, umleyo osisekelo sokuvumela ikululeko yabantu ufuna kube khona ukubekezelelana emibonweni ehlukileko kunowakho. Umtloli odume tle wakhe wathi "Angivumelani nalokho okutjhoko kodwana ngizalivikela bengiyokufa illungelo lakho lokutjho njalo".

IPAHLA YOMUNTU KANYE NEMARAGA EKHULULEKILEKO

Abantu abaqalene nekululeko yabantu bathatha umbono wekululeko yomuntu kanye nelungelo lomuntu, begodu batjheje nehlangothi lomnotho wenarha. Nasikhuluma ngehlangothi lezombanganarha, umqondo ophathelene nepahla yomuntu bekungiwo wokuthoma oyikululeko yomuntu kanye nelungelo lomuntu. Kokuthoma kunomthetho othi 'umuntu uziphethe yena ngokwakhe begodu angeze aphathwa ngomunye umuntu', okutjho bona akekho umuntu ozakuba sigcila. 

Umuntu oziphetheko loyo uvumelekile bona abe nepahla ekungeyakhe, izambatho, iincwadi, ifinitjhara, inarha, izandla, iinkoloyi kanye nemibono ebizwa bona kuhlakanipha. Kwesibili abanikazi beempahla kufanele bakghone ukuhlangana ngokuthula nangokuzwana bathengise iimpahla zabo begodu nabo bathenge iimpahla zabanye ngokukhululeka. Abantu abaqalene nekululeko, bakholelwa ekutheni, urhulumende kufanele angene kancani khulu eemarageni ezikhululekilekwezi.

 Lokhu kukhambisana nokukholwa bona, woke umuntu uvumelekile bona angenza imisebenzi kwezomnotho-urhulumende akukameli angitjele bona ngenze wuphi umsebenzi, ngifundele ukuba yini namkha ngivule nanyana ngivale ibhizinisi. Kufanele ngivunyelwe bona ngenze lokho engicabanga bona ngingakwenza kuhle. Lababantu abaqalene nekululeko babuza bona ngabe umuntu ukhululeke kwamabala nalokha angakghoni ukuzithathela iinqunto eziqakathekileko ngokwakhe na ?. 

Lokhu kukhambelana namaphuzu enziweko ngelungelo lomuntu ngombana lokhu kudinga bona kube khona ukutjintjana ngemicabango nangemibono.  

Kwesithathu, inengi labantu abaqalene nekululeko bayazaza bona urhulumende kufuzile azibandakanye kubhizinisi na: iinkampani zakarhulumende ezifana neemphaphamtjhini, iintimela, iinkampani eziqalene namanzi negezi esikhathini esinengi ziyaloba begodu kusetjenziswa imali yomthelo wesitjhaba ukuze zisebenze ziphumelele.

Ngokunjalo iinkampani eziphethwe ngurhulumende kesinye isikhathi zibhadalisa abathengi imali enengi kunaleyo abayibhadala kumabhizinisi wangasese, ekungiwo ekufuze aphalisane ngobubhizinisi kanye nabathengi. Amaboni womhlaba mazombe  akhambisana nombono wabantu abaqalene nekululeko othi, liphaliswano kwaphela eliqinisekisa umsebenzi omuhle nentengo ehle. (ukwenza isibonelo: soloko imisebenzi yasiwa ngasese kanye nokuthonywa kwamaphaliswano, imitato yangaphakathi e-United State isetjenziswa simahla.

Kwesine abantu abaqalene nekululeko bayavuma bona ayikho indlela efanako yokuya emarageni. Ngokukholelwa emathubeni amanengi aya ngokwanda wokulingana, abantu abaqalene nekululekwaba abafuni kupheliswe imaraga, umnqopho wabo kukwenza abantu bona nabo babe yingcenye yemaraga begodu kube nalokho abakuzuzako kiyo. UKUVUMELA UKUSEBENZA NGENTANDO YENENGI

Nasikhuluma kuhle, ngokomthetho, umbuso wentando yenengi akusiwo umgomo wabantu abaqalene nekululeko, kodwana, ukungezelela lapho, ukubusa ngentando yenengi sekuba ngiyo indlela yezombanganarha kwaphela, la lemigomo ingaba khona. Ngobufitjhani, abantu abaqalene nekululeko bakholelwa bona okudingekako yikululeko yokubusa ngentando yenengi, hayi ikululeko yokubusa kwesiqhema esisodwa sombanganarha, begodu hayi ukubusa ngentando yenengi labantu. 

Akukaneli ukuvumela umbuso wentando yenengi bona ukubamba amakhetho kube njalo nje nakutholakala bona kunehlangano yinye ekufuze kukhethwe kiyo, nanyana, nangabe inengi labantu likhetha ukubeka urhulumende othembisa ukubulala woke amalunga wesinye isiqhema nanyana ihlangano esikhundleni nanyana nakungasingizo zoke izakhamuzi ezingehla kweminyaka ethileko ezivunyelwe bona zikhethe.

Ukuvumela ukubusa ngentando yenengi kufuna kube khona amakhetho akhululekileko natjhaphulukileko. Enye ingcenye eqakathekileko yokuvumela umbuso wentando yenengi ngilokhu okubizwa ngokuthi 'kuhlukaniswa kwamandla'. Lokhu kutjho bona kunebandla inye elinamandla wokubeka imithetho (ipalamende) elinye ibandla linamandla wokusebenzisa imithetho leyo (urhulumende nofana isigungu) ibandla lesithathu (amakhotho)  ngilelo elinamandla wokugweba imilandu yokungazwani begodu nokuphikisana okuzakulethwa ngiyo imithetho le. Abantu abaqalene nekululeko yabantu bakholelwa ekutheni amandla la, akukafaneli bona woke abe sezandleni ezifanako, ngombana lokho kungadala

bona amandla ahlukunyezwe lula nanyana kube nekohlakalo. Ngokuhlukanisa amandla la, woke lamabandla (ipalamende, isigungu, amakhotho) kufaneele atjhejane begodu alungisane kuhle. Kuneminye imimongo eqakathekileko yabantu abaqalene nekululeko yabantu godu. Nasiqala amasiko walababantu abaqalene nekululeko yabantu,, ukwenza isibonelo, isirhawu mumukghwa omuhle kibo. Inengi labantu abaqalene nekululeko yabantu bakholelwa bona lokho kanye neminye imikghwa ilandela ngokuzenzakalela ekukholweni okusemrabhini wamalungelo wabantu kanye nekululeko yomuntu ngamunye.

Ngokungafani namanye amahlelo wekolo yombanganarha, ukuvumela ikululeko kibo boke abantu akuzenzi sengathi kumaqhinga wesayensi begodu nokobana umuntu angekhe akulinganise abone bona kuhle kangangani ukuqalana namalungelo wabantu. Ukuvumela ikululeko kibo boke abantu kuyinto enamandla, evumelekileko begodu nekolo yokubuswa ngomqondo othileko okunikela ezinye iinsombululo zemiraro esiqalene nayo namhlanjesi. Ikululeko yokubusa ngentando yenengi isiqiniseko esihle esitlhanyelwe bona sitjheje izinto eziphathelene nokuhlukunyezwa kwamandla kanye nekohlakalo ekhambisana nalokho.
